Waterpark Simulator currently exposes 71 Steam achievements for base-game AppID 3293260. Steam’s public Global Achievements page provides the current names and descriptions. Most older operational goals explicitly require Normal or Hard difficulty; several 1.0 additions have shorter descriptions that do not repeat that phrase. Use the exact live wording before committing a long save.
The achievement checklist transcribes the 71 public entries into a searchable text list. It does not invent a condition for Enlightenment Isn’t Cheap, whose public description is blank at the 2026-08-02 check.
Start with a difficulty that tracks the long counters
Many descriptions end with “Normal or Hard Difficulty.” That includes core prestige, cleaning, revenue, spending, visitor, food, and quest counters. If 100% completion is the goal, begin the main operating park on a difficulty named by those descriptions.
Do not assume Sandbox advances the same counters because it is convenient for construction. Verify a simple achievement first if you are using any mode not printed in the description.
Keep a separate experimental save for unusual custom slides, co-op permission testing, or destructive actions. A completion park benefits from stable finances and normal operation because many totals accumulate over time.
Let operating counters advance together
Several families reward ordinary park work. Trash goals rise from 100 to 500 to 1,000 items. Puddle goals rise from 100 to 500 to 1,000. Pool contamination has 50, 100, and 500 milestones. Attraction cleaning and repair each have large counters, and drowning rescues reach 100.
Do not manufacture every problem early. Run a busy park, keep a consistent inspection route, and allow the cumulative goals to advance while revenue, visitor use, food sales, tips, staff, prestige, and expansion also progress.
For Hot Fix, a single repair must occur within five seconds of an attraction going out of order. Attempt this while directly monitoring a likely breakdown, not while the rest of the park is unsafe.
Counters can be checked against Steam, but the public global percentage is not personal progress. Use the game and Steam client’s own unlocked state for your account.
Build the prestige and map route deliberately
The main ladder includes one through five stars and then diamond prestige. Hard difficulty adds a dedicated five-star achievement. Version 1.0 also adds Beach and City goals: open Beach, reach three and five stars on Beach, and reach three and five stars on City.
Beach requires a new park and layouts do not transfer according to CayPlay’s 1.0 notes. Treat the two maps as separate completion projects. Carry operating knowledge between them, but plan to build and stabilize each layout.
Expansion goals award one expansion, three expansions, and maximum level. Expand when the new land can support a real district; rushing the counter can increase staff travel and maintenance before revenue is ready.
Research completion is another long path. The 1.0 Museum adds three currencies and theme branches, so read the current tree instead of copying an older Early Access cost table.
Group revenue, spending, and service goals
Revenue achievements rise through $10,000, $100,000, and $1,000,000. Spending goals cover $100,000, $250,000, and $500,000. Those families can progress together in a growing park, but spending without operating value can delay prestige.
Food sales include 500 lemonades, 500 hot dogs, and 500 ice creams. Place service where guests can reach it, staff it, and keep the area clean. The $1,000 tips achievement rewards quality service over time.
Visitor goals include 20, 50, and 100 people in the park, plus 1,000 slide uses. Capacity without service creates disorder, so increase attractions, food, rest, cleaning, repairs, and safety together.
Separate intentional action achievements
Some goals require a specific owner action: use a water gun, paint roller, spray can, boxing glove, Injector, trumpet, zipline, or character customization. There are also goals for falling 15 meters, building a five-star diving board, making a first custom slide, and handing out 500 flyers.
Perform these in a controlled area and confirm the live description. The spray can is disabled in multiplayer according to CayPlay’s 1.0 notes, so attempt that action in single-player. The trumpet is described as a multiplayer tool, but the achievement text itself simply says to play a song; use the current build’s available context.
Destruction has its own 100-building goal. Use disposable structures or a dedicated save so completion work is not undone accidentally.
Plan quest and research achievements from live text
Steam names three Yogi quest milestones at three, four, and five stars. It also includes full research completion and one public entry with a blank description. Do not fill that blank with a community guess.
Version 1.0 adds the Museum and Mafia, but the public achievement list does not label every quest association. Use the current game’s objective text and the exact Steam unlock notification. A page title or global unlock percentage is not evidence for an unknown condition.
For a stuck quest achievement, confirm difficulty, quest completion, and claim state. Record the current version and objective before reporting a bug.
Use co-op carefully during a completion run
Official 1.0 notes confirm four players total and existing-park hosting, but do not document whether every client action advances achievements identically. Test one simple condition on a disposable co-op park and compare host and client profiles.
Do not assume Steam Cloud means shared achievement progress or cross-save. Cloud is a platform feature, while achievements remain attached to the relevant Steam accounts.
If a cumulative counter matters, keep the primary completion actions on the account whose progress you are checking until client behavior has been verified.
Track without risky save edits
Keep a plain checklist of locked entries and the save intended for each. For counters, note only the last visible personal progress shown by Steam or the game. Global percentages describe all players, not your remaining amount.
Back up a valuable save before large construction, map changes, multiplayer experiments, or troubleshooting. Use CayPlay’s official save folder and copy files away from the live directory.
Never edit a save to force an achievement. Besides risking corruption, a modified counter does not establish how the public 1.0 build is meant to work.
Completion route by phase
During the tutorial and first star, collect the opening, first slide, tutorial, first staff, first expansion, and early cleaning actions. Keep the park on Normal or Hard if you want the long counters.
Through three stars, grow revenue, visitor count, food sales, cleaning, repairs, research, and expansion together. Complete visible Yogi quests on the appropriate star tier.
At five stars, finish the main prestige ladder, deeper counters, maximum expansion, and research. Build the five-star diving board and address any action-specific entries that normal operation did not trigger.
After that, complete Hard five-star prestige, separate Beach and City milestones, custom slides, Security, zipline, character, and diamond goals introduced or highlighted by 1.0. Recheck the current list after a patch because names, descriptions, or total count can change.
Achievement questions
How many achievements are there?
Steam lists 71 for AppID 3293260 as of 2026-08-02.
Do achievements require Normal or Hard?
Many descriptions explicitly do. Read each entry; do not generalize the requirement to an entry that does not state it.
Are any descriptions hidden?
The public page exposes names for all 71, but Enlightenment Isn’t Cheap has no visible description in the public output checked. This guide leaves it unknown.
Can co-op unlock them?
The game supports co-op, but host/client achievement behavior was not verified. Test one simple action before planning cumulative goals around a client account.
Where is the exact list?
Use the 71-entry checklist and compare it with Steam Global Achievements, checked 2026-08-02.
