Beach is a new Waterpark Simulator setting released with version 1.0. CayPlay describes a tropical beachfront where the sea can be part of the park experience. The critical save rule is explicit: Beach requires a new park, and existing layouts cannot be transferred to it.

That boundary should shape every Beach plan. Bring your management knowledge from City, but do not promise that a City blueprint, expansion sequence, or saved layout can move across. Start with a survey of the actual map shown by the current public build.

Create and label a separate park

Use the new-park flow and confirm Beach as the selected setting before building. Give the save a name that distinguishes it from City and record the chosen difficulty. Preserve an existing park backup before experimenting with any new-save option.

Do not overwrite the City save because the maps serve different design tests. Separate saves also make screenshots, money observations, and support reports easier to interpret.

If the selection screen lists requirements or warnings, follow its live 1.0 wording. The available audit evidence does not establish exact unlock gates, starting resources, or whether later patches change map access.

Survey the beachfront before placing attractions

Walk the accessible boundary in first person. Identify the entrance, existing routes, buildable edges, water access, elevation changes, and any area that appears reserved for expansion. Then view the same space from build mode.

Mark a short operating spine from the entrance to the first serviceable attraction area. Resist filling the coastline immediately. The sea creates a strong visual direction, but guests and workers still need paths, food, cleaning, safety response, and repairs.

Keep screenshots of the untouched map. If a later design blocks access, the baseline makes it easier to find what changed.

Test sea-linked behavior on a small scale

The official 1.0 announcement says the Beach map has sea mechanics, but it does not publish a complete ruleset. Build one small interaction or attraction that uses the beachfront and observe how guests approach, enter, leave, and return to services.

Do not infer safety, capacity, or geometry rules from visual contact with the sea. Use the placement feedback and live guest behavior. Keep a clear response route and watch the area through a full operating period before expanding.

If an object appears valid but guests ignore it, inspect connections and access before changing unrelated prices or staffing. Record the exact object and placement so the result can be reproduced.

Adapt zoning to the map

Place entrance services where you can supervise them while still reaching the first water zone. Use landmarks to distinguish beachfront attractions from inland services. Avoid forcing all traffic onto one narrow scenic path.

Create a loop that returns guests toward amenities and the entrance. Dead-end coastal areas may look attractive but can lengthen service travel. Walk the route while carrying out cleaning and safety duties, not only in the overhead building view.

Leave room for a second connection if the first path becomes crowded. Add it only after observing the problem; an unused network can increase walking and visual complexity.

Plan expansion without invented gates

The audit confirms expansion as a durable player need but does not establish every Beach purchase, star requirement, or boundary. Treat locked space as unknown until the current game displays its condition. Do not copy an Early Access City price or a community estimate into a Beach table.

Preserve a cash reserve and develop one zone at a time. When a new area becomes available, connect it with a simple route, place one destination, and measure the effect on traffic and workload. Label all observations with Beach, difficulty, version, and date.

Introduce custom slides carefully

Beach invites long coastal designs, but large custom slides multiply the number of connections and sight lines you must verify. Prototype a short slide first. Check its start, route, endpoint, guest use, and access for cleaning or repair.

Do not publish a maximum length, drop, or curve rule without live measurement. The official launch proves the editor exists, not a specific safe design. Save versions before altering a functioning custom attraction.

Theme research can eventually add Aztec, Sea, and Pirate construction options. The Sea branch may fit the map visually, but visual fit is not evidence of a special Beach bonus. Keep mechanics and decoration claims separate.

Review the park under changing conditions

Version 1.0 includes weather effects and night operation. Check whether the beachfront remains readable when lighting or conditions change. Make entrances, water edges, and service routes easy to recognize.

Run a patrol from entrance to the farthest active attraction. If the route is too long to handle incidents and maintenance, reduce the operating area or stage staff before opening another zone.

Beach works best when treated as a new operational problem, not a City park with different scenery. A deliberate survey, small sea-linked test, and staged expansion protect both the park’s budget and the accuracy of any advice you later share.
